Exchange

  • Exchange is applicable when you received defective contacts, and we will send you replacement with the original shipping method.
  • Color Contacts For Astigmatism / Toric Color Contacts are not allowed for exchanged as it is custom made upon order.

Return

  • For orders after they've been shipped, contacts can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted, excluding shipping.
  • Returned contacts must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
  • Return must be requested within 7 days after received.
  • Color Contacts For Astigmatism / Toric Color Contacts are not allowed for return as it is custom made upon order.
