Standard shipping/Kpacket shall take 15 - 30 working days while Express Shipping takes 3-5 working days to deliver after shipped. Working Days exclude Saturday, Sunday and any public holidays.

- Toric lenses cannot be canceled once the order was placed as it's custom made.
Exchange
Exchange is applicable when you received defective contacts, and we will send you replacement with the original shipping method.
Return
For order after shipped, contacts can be returned at buyer's cost and 80% refund will be granted, exclude shipping. Returned contacts must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
