Cancellation
- Request made within 1 calendar day after order was placed - FULL refund.
- Request made before shipped - 30% refund + shipping
- Request made after shipped - Please see Return policy below
- Color Contacts For Astigmatism / Toric Color Contacts are not allowed for cancellation as it is custom made upon order.
Exchange
- Exchange is applicable when you received defective contacts, and we will send you replacement with the original shipping method.
- Color Contacts For Astigmatism / Toric Color Contacts are not allowed for exchanged as it is custom made upon order.
Return
- For orders after they've been shipped, contacts can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted, excluding shipping.
- Returned contacts must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
- Return must be requested within 7 days after received.
- Color Contacts For Astigmatism / Toric Color Contacts are not allowed for return as it is custom made upon order.
